Suspend the hand-crafted cotton mesh bag, pre-loaded with raw volcanic stones, at chest height, anywhere the steam can reach it freely. This simple gesture marks a boundary: stepping into a private sanctuary where you have zero commitments, priorities, or obligations to the outside world.

02 / Mist

Shake the bottle, then spray your ritual mist directly onto the volcanic stones, several passes at close range. The porous rocks catch and hold the essential oils, allowing the shower’s ambient heat and steam to slowly diffuse the scent around you.

03 / Breathe
